The NCR

Y'know if it wasn't for the Legion the NCR would have been the bad guys.....think about it they are doing almost everything the legion is just on a different scale.....sure they don't crucify anyone but they are not above shoving local populations around and flat out STEALING resources...They don't sell people into slavery, but they DO force entire populations into the NCR so they can Tax people and draft the youths into the military.....Really at least the legion is efficient and thorough in their brutality
